So im thinking about running dual screen and i have a 1080 75hz Monitor as a main right now but I want a higher refresh rate. I have an AMD Ryzen 2600, Nvidia 2070, and 32 Gigs of ram. What would be a perfect for Resolution and and Refresh Rate

So I don’t know why but my computer has been flashing one color. Staying for about 30+ seconds and then returning to what ever I was doing last. I don’t know if it was NVidia 419.67 driver or what but it wasn’t doing this 3 days ago so I don’t want to say. I have a video and it’s exactly 30 seconds but the file is too big. Please Help!!!
