    AMD 5000 cpu have higher ipc than Intel 10th gen. This coupled with high boost clocks make the 5950X best choice.
     
    The Lian-Li PC-TU150 case may be difficult to find.

    The 10700K build doesn't require a GPU, but the 5600X has stronger single thread performance. The 1050 TI is the cheapest GPU I could find with 3 total Display Ports and HDMI ports.

    I think it depends on the person really, in my opinion 144hz is not just for gaming. For example, I am used to using a 240 or a 144hz monitor and going back to 60hz even for office work is quite slow and sluggish(?) I cant work a long period of time with a 60hz monitor anymore, but then again thats just my personal opinion / preference.
