so bitrate is how much information can be sent out to the internet at a specifc time, assuming your streaming at 1080p 3000 kbps is not enough for 60, so your software prob stoped it from going past 30 so your stream would actually work, cause if not you would just drop like all your frames, google what bitrate your platform recomends for your res and frame rate, then set it to that

To add on to @Lord Vile. I have a 2020 13" MacBook Pro with 2 external displays. Works great. I use a 24" 21:9 display as my main, and a 23" 16:9 display for media. Both of my displays are 1080 but you can easily do multiple 4K displays on a MacBook Pro. 

Why don't you just get a display and connect your MacBook to it? 

The 21.5 just isn’t enough screen real estate to be useful. Also, the 27” display is beautiful. Go to a local shop if you can and try them both in person and you will see what I mean.

If you must, get the 27 inch model. The 21.5 is too small. The old 24" was a great choice, sadly that is no longer an option.

I think your issue is not related to that connector. That connector should work just fine to my knowledge.

PUBG will always have random FPS jumps, don't worry its normal.

Lots of PSUs are made like that. You're fine to plug it in.
