My PC is completely fine and it recognizes everything as well, but I installed ram while my pc was laying on my bed ( I know it wasn't the best idea, but I wasn't thinking about it at the time) should I be worried about anything, like the DIMM slots being damaged or anything?

Yeah its rated for 2400 speeds but on my last msi board there was an area called memory try it, and I just used that. would there be any recommended timings for 3200?

Recently I upgraded my motherboard to a b450m steel legend, and I'm struggling to overclock the ram due to me coming from an msi board. I'm trying to hit 3200 speed but I don't know how, any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have a ryzen 3 2200g paired with an rx 580 4gb, but while gaming it always hits 100% even in lower end titles. This makes it impossible to use discord unless I lock the fps to the 70s, and I've reinstalled windows, looked at possible things running and I dont know what to do.
