anyone realised chromecast doesnt have ads?
 
if so can a device(pc chrome) trick system to cast to its own screen and thus bypass ads?

As Nuno said, use Adblock Plus from the chrome add ons.

Np man,  for some reason ram sticks just decide to take little vacations from time to time ?

If you are that concerned about your hdd just disconnect the sata cable (takes half a minute to do so and see if the pc boots but I highly doubt it's the issue) 

You probably can ignore the hard drive noise, I would check powersupply or motherboard if it reboots. If it just stays black without rebooting I would check gpu/ram. Sure make sure your video cable (hdmi, VGA etc) is connected and your monitor works. After checking that try to reset bios (jumper or battery way) 

The hard drive, does it make a sound like a repeated clicking, or something else?

Ok, let's start there.
Unplug/disconnect everything *not* required to POST.
This means unplug/disconnect sound cards, NIC, hard drives, DVD-ROMS, etc.
Leave the GPU plugged in, CPU/cooling fan, keyboard, and see what happens when you try to power it up

Well ram is probably your culprit it's the most common thing that causes pc to not post.

The only reason for a 1050ti is low power draw/low profile cases. (Like me, aiming for under 200watt and something I can fit in a book! ).

Doesn't matter. There are dozens of free and paid alternatives ranging from AMDs ReLive to OBS and Xsplit.

What about shadowplay,or some other wacky stuff

Hey guys, wanna know if the 1050 ti is still a good gpu in 2019. It is for a budget build. Do suggest other gpu for a budget build.

RX 570. Like seriously, you can find some dipping into 1050 and RX 560 price range.

mine is great, but the price is too high so unless you REALLY need that no 6 pin 75W there is absolutely no point to buy it
