    I just build a pc and when i boot it starts normally but after a shut down (doing a cold boot) and booting it again gives a black screen but the cpu fan is running.

    Just build a new ryzen pc SPECs CPU - ryzen 2600 MOBO - MSi Tomahawk B450 GPU - Nvidia GTX 1060 so i am getting trouble switching on the pc. It starts perfectly 2 to 3 times out of 10 and the other times the the pc turn on but the monitor does not display anything. One temporary solution that is working for me is that i cut the power from the switch board turn on the pc (it runs on the electricity stored on capacitors and turns off ) and switch on the power from the switch board and then turn on the pc and it turns on perfectly. So please help me out with a permanent solution for the problem.

    Going to purchase a new processor bit confused which one to pick Ryzen 5 2600 or Ryzen 7 1700 (Both of them cost the same).
