    Could be an incompatible setting in the BIOS (such as ram timing or frequency) causing the BIOS to retrain itself every time it starts up. Try going into the BIOS and Load Optimized Defaults then save.

    Just reinstall? Simply delete the existing partition from the installer then select the disk as the installation target.
