Yes I read the whole thread.
There are two groups of "problems".

A: work was to much, management was not nice, they didn't listen to my criticism, I didn't like it in there etc.
B: I was "inappropriately grabbed", someone asked me sexual questions and I've been asked to twerk for a collegue

A are not crimes, B are vague allegations.
