Hey guys. I am having a super weird issue. The rear I/O specifically the headphone jack and USB ports are in a constant state of resetting every 15 minutes. When I plug into the front I/O of my case, everything is fine. I don't think it's a CPU issue but who knows at this point. It is updated to the latest BIOS, it's only 3 months old, bought it off of Newegg. What are some troubleshooting paths I should follow to see if it is truly the motherboard or should I just call up new egg?

Hey guys, first time posting on this forum. I have been helping a friend build a PC. She's big into drawing and light into gaming. She wants a monitor with great color accuracy, 23" max size (desk space is limited) and I am thinking 75Hz refresh is perfect for what she would use. I am flip flopping between a 1060 6GB and an RX 580 dont know yet for sure doing some more research. I have no idea what I am looking for when it comes to looking for a great color accuracy in a pannel in the $250 and lower range.
