    CX550 is not crappy at all, but since it's gonna be stressed with power fluctuations i didn't want to recommend it, but now i find out that you have a UPS and a voltage stabilizer so it will perform just fine then

    uhh I'm no expert, but I'd say that you should get a better PSU.

    To explain why it's the problem, it seems like your PSU drops heavily in voltage for whatever reason and it prevents your PC from powering on when the GPU is installed, but once you remove the GPU that was enough make your PC boot but the drop in voltage is still there, and for when it powers on normally with the GPU then thats when it decided to push out the correct voltages.
     
    Either that or you have some shitty electrical wiring in your house, but a new decent PSU should prevent drops in voltages either way

    You need a new PSU and a new keyboard with a working "a" key for the next time you try to type "and".
