  1. We have many devices in our house. They all connect to the printers easily and print on a regular basis with no hassle. All of them work perfectly....except two. My mom's laptops. Both of her laptops will not print. This has been an issue for over a year. I have tried every possible solution I could find on the face of the earth. She moves them around a lot so a hardwired connection was not a posibility. I have re-imaged them with Windows multiple times and manually installed the print drivers. They constantly drop their WiFi connection as well. This does not happen with the rest of the household devices. Just hers. Any ideas as to why printer and wifi issues are only occurring on two devices(different brands)? I can get her laptop to print for a short time, but then it stops working again after about a day or so. I have set static IP's for the printers and her laptop as well. The printers are different brands and her laptop won't print constantly to either of them. They are both hardwired into the network over Ethernet.
  2. How can I create a program/script that will automatically run when Windows boots and will show computer specs on the desktop? For example, a small windows with a semi-transparent background that has text on it that looks like this: OS: Windows 10 Pro CPU: Core i5-4310m RAM: 16GB Disks: 500GB SSD 500 GB HDD And any other specs like GPU and etc. Any way to create a script that will automatically find out the specs of a system and display them on the desktop. This would be used for laptops that are for sale so that customers could easily see what is inside of them. Thanks!
