the motherboard is a asrock b450m pro4, the case is the fractal design focus g and the gpu is the gigabyte windforce oc 1660ti

I'm really new to pc building (building my first pc) and I have everything installed properly except my graphics card. Every time I try to mount it I don't hear the click that you are supposed to hear and the notch doesn't go down either. |'ve tried to push it in hard multiple times but it just doesn't go in.Any solutions?
