    I think it also depends on the manufacturer and the TDP so if you bought a Model with lower TDP that would explain the poor performance.

    As you can see in the Picture my CPU drops to 800mhz when I start playing BfV then starts to go up again but always drops to 800 for a short time. I have an Asus GL702VS with an I7-7700hq and a GTX1070 with the newest drivers and BIOS. The CPU Temp. is around 80C so no Thermal throttling. I hope someone can help me.
