    Lets say you have 4 drives in your PC for example. Its a new build, none of the drives have ever been used before.
    You've got a USB installer that you made so that you can install Windows 10 on one of those drives.
     
    You plug in the USB drive, boot to it (should be automatic when there's nothing on the other drives), click through the menus until you get to a fork where it gives you two options. One says default (iirc), the other says custom. Pick custom and it will give you a list of drives and their size (in MiB). Assuming all the drives have different capacities, picking which drive is really easy; select that drive and then click "new" near the bottom of the window. That will setup all the necessary partitions, then click next and Windows will install to the selected drive.

    When you're in windows bootable media you choose out of a list of drives and partitions

    Alright well using that site as an example, check the others too so that you can price compare. I didnt know the options on computer planet had dropped so significantly (referring to RAM and motherboard options.)
     
    Check all sites, get similar specs mapped out and pick the one you like the most either by cheapest or same price but with better components
