  1. They really are nice chairs. Its not all hype for why they are popular.
  2. longer seat and the padding is more dense then most of the other chairs they offer. M-series tends to be big enough for anyone 5' 8" to 6' up to 330 lbs IIRC. King is for those that are taller and/or heavier then that. Its also $30 cheaper. If you haven't already just email them questions about which is for your size and height. They had pretty good Customer Support when I got mine last year around this time. Back then their website looked sketchy, now its all professional.
  3. DXRacer M-Series. D-Series if you don't want the more adjustable arms and a less firm/dense sponge seat. Classic series looks good too if you want that one without the "Racing" look.
  4. aesthetically yes. build material vary from brand to brand. some more then others. most of the chairs on the market are clones of the Original DXRacer Chair design that they made years ago. You can tell by the Foot Base and chair mechanism they use compared to what DXRacer uses now. Go DXRacer if you can. At a glance they are the better made option, IMO. I have an M-Series its definitely worth what I paid for itself in the last year of ownership.
  5. its a toss up IMO. you'll stop caring about/messing with the RGB lights once you found a color combo you like. As far as switches go the razer ones are noitbly lighter to press then similar cherry version. But you'll forget the difference after while or not even notice if you haven't a cherry switch to directly compare to. I own a Chroma. Its a nice keyboard.
  6. I own an M-Series for about a year already. I recommend it. I sit in it on average of 6-8 hours a day. Its pretty comfort the entire time. They have a more dense/firm sponge padding for the longer sit times then the other DXRacer Series's. As soon as you open the box for one you see why its priced what it is. Their quality made. They will last as long as you take care. Maxnomic's are moslty based on older designed DXRacer chairs from what I read Online back when I bought mine.
  7. bet this will either be forgotten or be sponsored by red bull in a year.
  8. Unlock the FPS cap, it runs fine on my GTX 980. Never dips below 40FPS and Averages 60+. As for gameplay its a fun game so far.
  9. https://youtu.be/2KApp699WdE?t=1h10m59s they spend like 30 min on just Fallout 4 during the event. half was on crafting.
  10. ??? The very first thing they did in-game with the E3 demo was character creation. half the conference was on crafting.
  11. Its a pretty good deal for a game that's not even out yet. Say what you will about pre-orders but their is No doubt it will be a good game IMO.

    21:9 gaming

That is a preference thing. I use a 25" 21:9 its not really a noticeable difference from my 23" 16:9 after you have used it for awhile. Even using forced 16:9 on it really isn't that bad with its 20" screen space with bars on each end.
  13. Computer Setup takes priority but A Good Chair should be the first additional thing to buy when possible. Assuming you sit for long hours. AVG of 5-8 HRS or more daily I assume when ppl ask about chairs they already happy with their completed setups. if your starting at nothing do your rig first. (PC/monitor + cheap KB/M.) IMO $400 for a chair is a decent amount of money for a chair, but when buying from a good manufacture It will last way longer then anything else you buy for your setup. Even the PC itself, so as long as you take care of it. My last chair lasted 10 years for example before the hydraulic piston exploded randomly one day. Only you can decide whats it worth or justify the cost. (IMO saving is always an option) their are plenty of reviews on YT about dxracer and other brands "gaming" chairs. They are usually positive because you get what you pay for. the office depot/max special's and cheap random amazon chairs can be iffy IMO. most of the reviews are from ppl that probably don't sit in them for long hours or hours longer then 2-4 average.
  14. The Flash chair is a cheaply made Chinese produced chair. probably be an ok choice for short sitting but highly doubt it would last or be worth the MSRP. DXRacer Chairs are made very well, subjectively look good, and from my own experience are very comfortable. had mine for about 9 months and its still like new. I sit in mine about 8+ hours average daily. http://www.dxracer.com/us/en-us/product/1/office_chair/max_series/oh-mn03-n/- I own this one in all black. IF you game/sit for long hours its best to spend a good amount on a chair. Whatever you can afford or save up to. As far as the cost of DXRacer goes its worth it to me for how long I sit. but for others it may not be. its priced as a luxury good and the quality shows when you look at one and actually sit in it. Their cheapest models they produce are in the High $200's and are made with fabric IIRC. For the price of one I don't think you could find a better chair without having it either being somewhat uncomfortable due to it not lasting or spending way more then reasonable on something you sit on like the HM Aeron.
  15. NP. I just switched to 21:9 recently. (http://www.amazon.com/LG-Electronics-25UM57-25-Inch-LED-lit/dp/B00V8FAWC2) Its really good in supported games. Otherwise your going to be using the 16:9 a lot in older games that lack the support. WSGF is the best resource.
  16. 25" would be about 20" 29" = 23" 34" = 27" current screen I use is a 25" 21:9 IPS. (http://www.amazon.com/LG-Electronics-25UM57-25-Inch-LED-lit/dp/B00V8FAWC2)
  17. http://www.amazon.com/LG-Electronics-25UM57-25-Inch-LED-lit/dp/B00V8FAWC2 I Just got one of these today. I love the Damn thing. Won't go back to 16:9 if I don't have to. Only con is the lack of I/O. It only has 2 HDMI and 1 HP port. Non-issue for me since I kind of prefer one screen for gaming. I can still use it for Console gaming and watching TV since its only 1080P.
  18. Favorites: Cutlass Blue/Mustang Delta for looks M50/350R for Speed Gladiator/Gladius for Combat Star-G/Vanguard for latest ship to get announced. 890 Jump because reasons.
  19. another 21:9 monitor review would be interesting especially since this is cheaper then most of the other option out their at around $200. LG Electronics UM57 25UM57 25-Inch Screen LED-lit Monitor http://www.amazon.com/LG-Electronics-25UM57-25-Inch-LED-lit/dp/B00V8FAWC2
  20. http://www.gamereactor.eu/news/318504/Report%3A+Logitech%27s+new+G29+Racing+Wheel+detailed/ Some new news, sry for necro: Didn't think a new post was necessary.
  21. If you want it go for it. as far as red team goes their lack of rapid driver support sucks. should be interesting launch for their 390x.
  22. I want to see an SLI Comparison of all the 900's now. should be interesting. my 980 feels inferior now. Doubting I'll SLI it now. It was nice having a flagship for 6 months.
  23. I have the all black version of this DXRacer. http://www.dxracer.com/us/en-us/product/1/office_chair/max_series/oh-mn03-n/ I've enjoyed mine for 9 months so far and its still in like new condition. 8 HRS average use daily. cheap chairs only get you so far. most of the ones I've used from retail/office stores are junk. save for a decent one. This one is nicer IMO then the one you linked. Its all PU leather. which is surprisingly good; not that cheap plastic feeling stuff. breathes well enough; very little build up of heat/sweat. http://www.dxracer.com/us/en-us/product/1/soho_chair/drifting_series/oh-de03-n/ If your into the look and don't mind/can afford one, go for it. the whole gaming thing is only half the reason why people like them.
