Every game I’m playing is having frame drops/micro stuttering and I don’t know what to do. I’ve checked task manager, reinstalled drivers multiple times, watched temps and usage, nothing is working and I can't see anything wrong. Any help? Running a 1080ti and 1950x, 16gb ram. I am also having lag going across the screen sometimes when on the desktop. this is the lag that is happening. You can see it when I move it around, it freezes for half a second.
