    Just made a 120$ gaming pc with a i5 2400, gtx 760 , 8 gb of DDR3, 500w psu and 500gb hdd (the i5 came in a optiplex btw so I have all the other parts to make it work) did I get ripped off or did I get a good deal?

    I’m not making this for myself I have a 2060. I don’t know what games will be played so as long as it won’t bottleneck most games that should be just fine

    Planning on doing a budget ~300$ build and want to pair an optiplex with a i7 2600 with a used 970. Just wondering if the 2600 will bottleneck the 970.

    I'm not seeing any of those on the market for any price so ill keep everything the same except swap to a 290x 4gb

    The 790 comes with a 2400 and 4gb of ram however it is cheaper so that is a good option
