  1. Thanks for the help. i updated, uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing. I checked the audio output. I only have 2 devices there which is the speakers and headphones, everything else is disabled.
  2. After booting my computer today, I noticed that both my headset, and speakers had no audio coming out. It worked fine the previous day. The only 2 things different I did was update windows 10 (KB4601056), I also installed a wifi pcie card. Everything audio related on the computer is working fine. The computer shows audio that there is audio. Nothing is disabled. Tested my headphones on my phone, and they worked. My speakers are connected to the back port and my headphones are connected to the front port. i checked for loose cables, thinking maybe i disconnected something when installing the wifi card. All ports work like the usb and ethernet. the audio port still works where my computer knows im getting my headphones, but nothing is coming out. I uninstalled the w10 update and still nothing. Any thoughts? specs: gpu: 2070 super ventus cpu: ryzen 5 3600 psu: cx 650m mobo: b450m pro vdh max ram: corsair 16gb ddr4 w10 ver. 1909
  3. Yesterday when I tried to connect my headphones I noticed that they were removed from saved devices. I had to pair them again. All my other earphones also were unpaired. I'm wondering what could've caused this.
  4. on my old computer I was able to have my speaker connected on the back and headphones on the front and just switch between them, but now i have to disconnect my headphones if i want to use my speakers. any help is appreciated, thanks. specs: 3700x 2070s b450 msi carbon pro ac 32gb ram seasonic gold+ psu
  5. Not interested in the 5700xt I.e.sold out everywhere and the one I want is 510€
  6. nvm got it working. how do i delete this?
  7. you have to update the bios.
  8. Didn't see it as needed. Mostly msi mobos has a flash bios option for am4 sockets, and I was talking about in general. Regardless, I got it to work.
  9. do i have to remove my 3700x to flash the bios, or can i do it with it still on the socket? also, to flash the bios, i just need to copy and paste the contents of the zip file i got from the msi website and that is it?
  10. I was thinking the same thing. It's only 26 euros more for double the size. It seems pretty good to me. Was just looking for some opinions.
  11. I ordered the Corsair rgb pro vengeance 16gb (2x 8 3200mhz for 94€, but the next day while browsing Amazon I found some vengeance lpx 32gb (x2 16) 3000mhz for 120€. For 26 euros I can get double the size with a bit less frequency. Worth it?
  12. Are there any recent charts comparing the 2080 to the vII after their drive updates?
  13. Country: Austria Main use: 1440p gaming and learning programming. Should I buy a twin fan zotac or windforce gigabyte for 640? Or get the r7 for 10 euros more, or get a better cooler version for maximum oc for around 750+/-? I know value wise the zotac or windforce one will be nice, but I heard that there was a PCB problem with the 20xx series and many people reported their card dying rather quickly. If I get a higher end card, they most likely come with a custom PCB so I won't have the risk of it dying. Or I can just get an r7 but the 2080 performs better and is the same price in the low tier. Rest of the specs: 2700 non X 16gb ddr4 750w PSU 1 1440p 144hz monitor, 2 1080p 60hz Monitors.
  14. Would you recommend the Vega 64 over the Radeon 7?
  15. The Radeon 7 was also on my list, but the price was so close to the 2080, that it felt kinda pointless. I do want dlss, it looks really nice. Right now I have to choose between the r7 or the 2080...
  16. I want dlss tbh and dont want to deal too much with ocing and undervolting. I just want to plug and game. I was going with a vega 64, until I was able to raise my budget.
  17. I think i am going with the rtx 2080. I feel like it will last me longer than and has a better value compared to the 2070.
  18. I wont be doing 1080p for long. In a few short months I am going to go with 1440p, the last resort would be 1080p 144hz, but my main aim is 1440p. I feel like the 56 wont last as long as the 2070 or the 2080 though.
  19. I cant decide if I should go for a 2070 and use the extra 200 on an aio cooler and an m.2 sdd ( i currently have an 850 evo 250gb ssd), or get the 2080 and get the aio cooler and ssd later. The way i see it, i can always get an aio cooler later and i have an ssd now, but I cant upgrade the 2070 in a few months, and the 2080 can last me a long time. Right now i am doing 1080p, but only because i have an older gpu (970), I want to start doing 144hz in 1080p or 1440p with high frames in the near future (couple of months). How similar is the 2070 to the 2080? Would the 2070 last me almost as long? region: austria specs: r5 2600 16gb ddr4 3200mh msi b450 gaming pro carbon cooler master master case h500
  20. the vega 64 is my first choice, but if the price rises too much i might have to go with the 2060. I havent done much undervolting or oc, but i wanted to start doing that and i want the vega 64 to be my first.
