reference card or non reference card? Which better for 980 ti

Im planning to upgrade my GPU.. I want to know wich one is the best option "price vs performance"

its going to help me to do more multitasking with my recording and editing etc.

i just recently copied/cloned my Old SSD (120 gb Samsung EVO 840 to my newly purchased SSD (Adata SX 900 using the Acronis software.. then i changed my boot up option to the New SSD.. when i boot my computer up windows is asking me to "activate windows" i already tried to put my product key again but says error what should i do?

i think messed up my motherboard when i was updating my bios and it got interrupted. its booting up but nothing appears on the screen then it turns off by itself and turns on again.. what should i do? if worse case scenario it cant be fixed will changing the motherboard affects my whole system the like the OS and such or it will be fine? my mobo is MSI Z87-G43

i was updating my bios for my MSI Z87-G43 motherboard and suddenly my java update interrupted it.. so my desktop got stuck i cant move my pointer and cant even type on my keyboard. so i decided to restart my pc.. then after that my pc won't boot up .. what should i do? i tried clearing the CMOS but still doesn't work.

Which is better for gaming? For game like dota 2 Or any recommendation i live in canada

I recently bought msi gtx 770 for my setup. Im just using the graphic chipset that comes with my 4770k cpu. When i installed the graphics card on my mobo there is nothing showing up on the screen.
