cool im looking at the gigabyte gaming oc rx 5700

So the RX 5700 is a good card but my issue is that it doesn't have a great cooler. I am interested in the custom partner cards but they aren't available. Everything i see is them saying their release dates were this and last week and I see the cards on Amazon and Newegg but they are all out of stock. So why are they released but companies like sapphire, gigabyte, and power color aren't allowing them to be purchased and shipped. And before anyone asks if i was just too slow to get one, I was not. I woke early on all the mornings they released and checked multiple times every day since the first brand released one but they are never there. Tldr: why are all the RX 5700 custom cards out of stock.

Using a ryzen 7 2700 aircooled at 4.1 ghz 1.4 volts im getting a max of 70 in cinebench and gaming around 50 wheras my vega 56 is staying below 56degrees no matter what i play. Kinda a funny coincidence. Also i like it a lot it looks soooo good and its cool for me. However i can understand how someone might have issues with 2080 and 2080ti

Ok i see your parts now and i do agree that the gpu will run hot in that case but do u have an air cooler for the cpu because i use water which could be why.

Cheap and good also i shoulda gotten a 2060 but i wanted to stay below 1200 also the thing is a beast when undervolted

Actually i disagree im getting 56 c on my gpu at 100 load and my cpu at 1.38 volts is at 68c

Yep and ive done some research a lot of people have the same issue as me only 1 person i saw has ever fixed it. They did it with a clean install of windows soo.

Ok i will could that really be why im getting like half the nirmal fps for my setup though?

So i built a new pc a few days ago and it is not working out to be as good as it should be. Vega 56 gpu.I am getting very low fps and my gpu is never hitting max load even in rainbow 6 siege and the division 2. For instance i only have 100 fps when my cpu is overclocked to 4 ghz on rainbow 6 when i should easily be getting 144 idk why this is happening but it is very upsetting. And ive looked at every single forum and thread and customer support out there but cant figure it out.
