When I used an old motherboard, my ram reads 16GB and when I used a new motherboard my ram reads 8gb, I tested the ram slot and worked normally, when I installed the first ram in the first slot, the ram worked normally but when I checked in CPU-Z on spd cannot read the ram brand and speed, and when I installed the first ram in the second slot the ram was not detected, then I tried the second ram in the first and second slots, the ram worked normally and in CPU-Z ram it reads normally, then I tried dual channel and it only reads 8gb ram, which is only the second ram, and the first ram not detected (Same ram brand and my New motherboard support 16gb ram dual channel)

I think you can buy a better PC spec than that at a cheaper price But its your choice

My spec Gtx 750ti 16gb ram ddr3 AMD x4 870k 2 x 500gb HDD storage But in my opinion my computer is safe, I think my monitor is broken but I still doubt that
