I have same cpu and im currently waiting for amd 3000 series. We don't know exact specs right now so it might be good to wait for an upgrade. If its nothing special 9600K or 9700K might be a nice option. 8 cores are kinda futureproof

I don't think so. Its just powering to screens. Simply browsing Chrome or watching content is more cpu and ram heavy

If youre not going to game on it - only using to browse chrome and watch Netflix - sure.
