I recently started streaming and was wondering why my stream looks like it has higher framerate than in the game. In csgo I have 250fps, when I start streaming the fps counter still shows over 200fps, but when I look at my other screen the game seems to run much better on the stream. Specs are: ryzen 5 2600 @ 4GHz, 16gb g.skill ripjaws ddr4 @ 3066 MHz and a 1070 ti. Is this because of my specs and could getting a separate computer and a capture card help?
