  2. Specs: Gigabyte B450M-DS3H Ryzen 5 2600x 16GB DDR4 (2x 4GB Team Elite, 2x 4GB Kingston) Gigabyte RX 570 4GB Kingston A400 120GB SSD WD Blue 1TB HDD WD Blue 500GB HDD DeepCool Gammaxx GTE CPU cooler Corsair VS550 550W PSU Video attached of issue So as you've read from the title, my PC randomly has times where it puts out no display with the PC on. As this happens, the CPU cooler's light as well as the GPU's light keep turning on and off. There is no beep code and whatnot, just silence, no display, and it looping like that until I turn it off. This has happened about 3 times. The first two came from when I was just normally using my PC, but then it was performing horrendously. It was constantly stuttering and everything was really choppy and slow. I restarted it, and the issue happened. The third time was when I accidentally bumped my knee on the bottom of my table, my display went out, and the issue would occur. I've only "fixed" this by reseating GPU and RAM, resetting CMOS and taking out the CMOS battery. This would sometimes work, and sometimes won't. This issue really confuses me as I have no idea what it is since I havent seen anything else about it. PC is running fine now, but I would like to know the source of this issue in case it ever happens again. VID_20211212_000335.mp4
  3. If it is possible to replace, then I figure he could just replace it with a regular 500w mATX and add the graphics card.
  4. So my friend has an HP prebuilt as his PC, exact model is the HP 570 P024D specs: i5-7400 8GB DDR4 GT 730 product page He wants to be able to play games on it, it would be easy to say to just slap in a GPU and call it a day but this is where I hit my PC knowledge limit, he has a 180W psu in there. We were planning to have a GTX 1050 ti or a 1650 super in there but due to low wattage, it didn't really happen. The question is if I can just slap in a regular ATX PSU in there with no problems. The PSU in there is a "180 W uATX aPFC internal power supply" I have never heard of a uATX psu, only of ATX, and mATX, etc., plus I dont really know much about them. Any help would be appreciated!
  5. Specs: Ryzen 3 2200g RX 570 4GB 8gb ram (dual channel) 120gb boot SSD 1TB game HDD 240gb game ssd So, my PC had suddenly shut down while I was playing Genshin Impact (i was playing it because of my friends, i swear) and I accidentally tugged on the extension powering my PC, so it shut down. So, I boot it back up and for some reason, the game running at a very low frame rate. MSI Afterburner tells me its running at 30 fps CAPPED, and if I put it in windowed mode, it shoots back up to 60fps with no drops at all. The same thing happened to my Among Us, which I am 1000% sure my PC is able to handle, and it was able to handle it, until one day, after booting it, it just started playing at a very low fps with very noticeable input delay, but if I put it to windowed mode, it starts running as intended. Right now, i'm testing Genshin Impact while IDLE at fullscreen on High settings and its capped at 30FPS with 50-60% CPU utilization and jumping beteeen 9-100% GPU utilization. On IDLE windowed mode, it gives 80-90% CPU util and 20-100% GPU at 60FPS Ive tried: Windows Hardware Troubleshooting Restarting and Shutting Down PC multiple times Updating GPU drivers on a side note, for some reason, after the sudden shutdown, my icons were moved and i put them back, but if i try to move Recycle Bin back to its place, the icons scatter again to the position they were before I fixed it up. Hoping for any help, wanna get an answer as to what is happening
  6. Headphones: Tecware Q5 My headphones have been having this problem since about 3 days ago. The vocals would cut out if I moved the wire or audio would just disappear completely. Right now I just have a part of the wire coiled on top of my headphone mic and it's working fine. Although, any major movement to the wire causes the vocals to be cut out again. Any help? (sorry if i didnt use some terms correctly. im not really well versed in audio)
  7. Hey, guys Sort of a newbie problem here. I just got new headphones (Tecware Q5) and with headphones, a mic. The mic is detachable and this morning, I plugged it in and tested it and then installed the drivers. The audio was good and I tested the mic and it was working as expected and it was as loud as it needed to be. I left for the rest of the day and when I came back just a few hours ago, to my surprise, the mic went really quiet all of a sudden. I can hear myself but its very faint and you wouldn't notice it unless you were listening real hard. I had all my volume up, and still the issue remains. Tried checking in Sounds (Recording tab) to put up my microphone volume, no change. Went to the software for it to adjust it higher, no change. Reinstall drivers, no change. I even tried using Equalizer APO with Peace, no change. I'm really desperate for help, so... help
  8. So I'm planning to buy a new desk and I just wanted to know if the IKEA Malm is big enough to fit two 24" monitors and a Mid-Tower case and still have just enough to not make it feel like everything is too compressed. The monitor I have is a Samsung SyncMaster S23B300 and I'm planning to get another one and my case is the Segotep Halo 3. IKEA Malm dimensions Width: 140 cm Depth: 65 cm Height: 73 cm Case Dimensions 41.30 x 20.50 x 48.00 cm Monitor Width: 54.7 cm Height: 40.5 cm Depth: 19.7 cm thanks
  9. I somehow cant change the color on my Gigabyte B450M-DS3H with RGB Fusion 2.0 I can change my Gigabyte RX 570's LED color but not my motherboard. The color wheel is grayed out and I can't select one. Only a lighting mode.
  10. I'm planning to upgrade to the EVGA 550 GD later, so will the VS550 be sufficient in the meantime? How long do you think it will last?
