    I appreciate your reply. My post does state the prices I can get these cpus new though. At microcenter right now I can get 2700 for 199.99 new. The prices are above. The reason I am looking at the processors I listed above is because they are all on great deals right now. In fact I can get a 1600 for $75 new right now.

    Tomorrow I sell my FX 6300 and go Ryzen. I can get a 2600=$160, 2600X=$170, or a 2700=$200. I mostly game on my PC but everyone once in a while I play around with streaming or virtual machines or just random stuff, so I like to be able to mess around with whatever if I suddenly have a wild desire or interest. With that being said what CPU should I get?
