  1. Why is anyone fake-buying Movies from Apple or Google anyway? We have places like Vudu and Movies Anywhere if you really want to purchase movies digitally.
  2. Seeing the reason why his account was terminated as being the most important part to you is concerning. Really? He's going to have child porn in his account or used stolen credit cards to purchase everything and then he's going to sue apple? This is the hill your dying on? I'm guessing the dude suing Apple is Jeffrey Epstein but with a mustache so no one knows it's really him right?
  3. Here is the article if you wish to read it. I loosely quoted the fourth paragraph but it is there for you to see in its whole context. https://techcrunch.com/2021/04/20/tile-bashes-apples-new-airtag-as-unfair-competition/
  4. I'm all for competition but I know anticompetitive practices when I see it. From Tech Crunches article, the fourth paragraph, it states Tile requested access to Apples U1 chip so they can finish working on their UWB feature and release it. Apple has not yet released it to them all the while they R&D their own product. This to me smells rotten and is a problem especially when Tile subscriptions paid through Apple, give a slice off the top back to Apple. Now I don't know guys, maybe some of you do. Who else in the Smart Phone arena offers UWB capability?
  5. Quote was not meant for you :). It was for the blue chinchilla. I referenced your quote as an example for how people confuse holding public office vs working for the government.
  6. I mean, do you consider what you do to qualify as a public servant? You work for the man, or are you the man? I say we watch you just because, who knows what you have access to and what your doing with your time on active sessions. We will be watching you from this day forward. In all seriousness, see the quote below.
  7. Lets not forget this is a business just like any other. At the end of the day their only goal is to increase profits, not improve safety by spending money on cameras. These cameras directly resulted in an increase of productivity and a financial increase in the companies books. I agree there is no expectation of privacy on company property however to invade a personal space which you are confined to work in throughout the day is overdoing it. Refer to the poor saps whose managers make them leave their webcams on during their entire work shift so they can see them working. Now imagine you're only making $15.00/hr to be so thoroughly scrutinized for any potential wrongdoing. If anyone needs this type of monitoring it should be politicians and public servants who represent and serve us. However, the public is defending a private company for it's invasive monitoring policies of private citizens to make sure they're not peeing in bottles or pooping in fields because they don't have bathroom breaks. Come on.
  8. The fact that Apple had to force Valve to release even more data than what they have already provided is ridiculous.
  9. This sucks for their IT Team. I'm really curious after they're done with the forensics how the heck they got into their system and obtained administrator/root level access. I sure hope it wasn't a weak password that compromised them.
  10. You nailed it man. Take your piece of Linus Gold and rest easy champ.
  11. Hey so I I just wanted to chime in here as I have DT 770 Pros and DT 990 Pros at 250ohms and I also have the Asus B450-F. The short answer is without a doubt yes you will get enjoyable volume with both of them(even though you're just asking about the DT990's). When you plug the Headphones the sonic suite will open and set the amp impedance to extreme automatically. Games I usually play all the time are BF4, CSGO, The Division 2. Metro Exodus is also great. One game i've found that could use some extra volume is RE2 on the DT990's however the DT770's with the closed back have no problem. Both of them play music just fine and I listen to a lot of different types of music. Deftones - Rosemary, The Doors - Riders On The Storm, DJ Blyatman - Babushka, Andre Rieu - The Waltz Goes On. All these genres play just fine and id dare say if there was any extra volume you could squeeze out you would probably start hurting your ears. The DT770's actually hurt my ears during long music listening sessions so there is that. Pick the 990 Pros up and if you want to add an AMP later then by all means go for it. You won't be disappointed.
  12. All I want to know is which one of us is going to make a client like FaH to discover new drugs. Strictly for scientific purposes.
  13. I agree with the point your making and I'll add on to it by reminding everyone kids are expensive. A lot of people barely get by and they have no kids, now add a kid to that and use your imagination. I'm not opening this into a "then dont have kids then" debate so please don't try. The real problem that no one here, especially OP is failing to recognize is that these cheap products are mostly targeted to low income people/families. If you just buy the cheapest stuff you can because you're super cheap and don't have common sense for safety or reputation of the manufacturer, that's plain on you.
  14. Diablo 2 was amazing and still is. Diablo 3, imagine being pumped to pickup where the story left off, maybe revisit some of the past areas in D2 and listen to some awesome music. Then they kill Cain and the rest of the story is down hill. None of what you expected happens and every boss goes into detail how you cannot defeat them, before you defeat them. The Necromancer is in the game as a NPC and was never planned to be a playable character, then gets released like what 4 years after the games launch as paid DLC? I got blizzed on for sure. Diablo 4, story looks great. Rathma seems cool, Papa of The Necromancers am interested. Game play looks D3'ish so kind of worried. Excited they're bringing back the openness that D2 had, gangs of people together in the wilderness, going hostile, teaming up etc hopefully will come along. I definitely will not buy this game as a pre-order or a digital deluxe version or anything until after a month it has been out because I do not want to be screwed over again. Also, the D3 servers were down for an entire day at launch so a pre order isn't even worth it seeing as the D4 servers will probably crash too.
  15. Did you not have an aftermarket card like EVGA for an extended warranty? It's still a good card and I wouldn't give up on it just yet. Just my 2 cents
  16. I'm not surprised. Dragon Lore Awp skins going for $600 in a game, come on now.
  17. I wouldn't be worried about it man. They're going to figure out some way to raise the price on it without a doubt unless AMD and Intel really land their next GPU. How did you kill that 1080TI?
  18. If they want to shell out the cash on the company card for a Power BI license they weren't approved for, then by all means go for it. They'll have to explain the expense to Finance. if Finance approves it then it's on the business. INB4 Power BI Admins lose their minds over the crazy amount of nonsense reports taking priority instead of actual business reports.
  19. Are you sure I can't use you as a reference? You go in such detail about things and I think you would help me immensely. Having a guy that knows it all is worth his weight in gold. It's just Target, please? The point is, no you should never leave any machine with a default password that is networked or contains any kind of data you don't want to share. It's good to see that there are people on this board that are security and privacy minded.
  20. Now that is how you should of followed up with your original comment ?. Sounds like you guys are following a good standard. If I recall correctly, without googling, it was a hvac contractors account that was left active with no expiration date they used to achieve all of this. Can I use you as a recommendation for my job with Target?
  21. Agreed. Is it okay to setup AD Servers with the admin/admin login combo because it's internal?
  22. Blizz did the right thing for themselves. What they did not do was stand up for whats right. In the end, it's protecting the all mighty dollar and I need that stock number as high as possible.
