  1. Also what are the names of my OS files?
  2. Thanks i'll do that but do i need to install an OS on the external HDD?
  3. I build my first PC about 6 months ago and made the mistake of installing my OS on a 2TB HDD. I have been wanting to switch my OS onto a small 120GB SSD. I was wondering number one if, if i install my OS onto an SSD will i lose everything installed on my HDD and have to re download everything? Also, if i do uninstall the games (because of it) when i re-install them will i be able to resume my games (that got uninstalled during the switch) at the same point i was at or will i have to start again? Any suggestions of what programs i should install on the SSD when i port my OS onto it e.google chrome.
  4. What would the visual difference look like? Would it encourage screen tearing? Would the 144hz not look as smooth unless you are on TN?
  5. i do tend to notice ghosting very easily, but can't you reduce ghosting via turning down your response time? I turned down the response time on my current monitor and the ghosting went. Surely VA and IPS displays with slower response times would have less ghosting then?
  6. is the best 144hz 1080p display i can get a VA? how come they don't make 1080p 144hz ips monitor's?
  7. okay thanks, can u reccormend any decent 144hz ips 1080p monitors because i can't find many - am i missing something?
  8. i have 16gb duel channel, sorry forgot to change that.
  9. i have an RTX 2060 (and ryzen 5 1600x) so wouldn't reach 144fps at 1440p on most titles however i don't play many demanding titles and wouldn't mind turning down to 1080p in those. i also have GPU usage issues and would hope that 1440p would solve them.
  10. Would you rather a 1080p 144hz IPS display monitor or a 1440p 144hz TN panel monitor (i'm looking to buy a new monitor and can't decide between the two - so i was wondering what other people would do.).
  11. i was looking at the: MOTOSPEED Professional Gaming Mechanical Keyboard RGB Rainbow Backlit 87 Keys Illuminated Computer USB Gaming Keyboard Blue Switches Mac & PC Black however it had cherry blue switches so i'll keep looking. If i was gonna get one with blue switches i would get the red dragon anyways.
  12. can you change the RGB on the keyboards to a single color?
  13. I used my friends K63 with the Red MX switches and i really liked it. I prefer it much more to a click.
  14. Thanks i don't need 2 worry about a wrist rest then because ill get that if i (most likely) get a keyboard without one.
