Not all keyboards that use gateron are good,gateron switches are good.I believe techware uses outemu,not gateron though. Outemu are good too, but it does not really define if keyboard will be good in all aspects. There are reviews of techware boards and according to them, they are pretty decent for budget oriented boards, they use abs keycaps,but doubleshot ones, which are better than regular abs keycaps.

Sorry I know there's no cpu out yet but I'm planning for the upgrade ahead I just want to ask 2 questions. 
1.) will the ryzen 3000 series cpu still be using ddr4 ram or the rumored ddr5 new rams? 
2.) will the zen2 apu's igpu be capable to drive 1080p 60 fps in games like (fortnight, pubg, smite, overwatch, cod, csgo and apex legends) ? 
Intrested in the 8c/16t apu.

If your friend likes RGB, you can swap out the case for a Tecware Nova M3, it's $55 and has RGB on the front panel.
 
BTW, Tecware has really good budget cases if you ever need to build another PC. The Tecware VXR is a cheap ripoff of the PCO11 Dynamic, the Tecware Nexus/Nexus M is a cheap ripoff of NZXT's H500 and H400 etc. I've built in their cases before, airflow is decent and build quality is surprisingly good for the price(they use proper tempered glass instead of acrylic).

Some works better on AMD and some works best on Intel.

And believe me they aren't the kind of friends you ask for this kind of help, a lady at my work asked me out to a movie tonight, this is my first time on a date I'm 36 and this is the first time I'm on a date ridiculous right. But seriously I need advice what I should wear, what should I do, what should I say? The movies I watch always show the guy bring roses should I do that?

Many emulators don't even need to be installed to work, they can be used as a "portable" version, meaning it comes in a .zip (or some other archive) and you just extract the files into a folder.
As such, even assuming Steam's VAC'd scan you PC for running softwares, it wouldn't detect something that isn't installed in the first place... Unless it's currently running at the same time.
But it's highly unlikely that anything would happen in the first place, emulators are not "cheating softwares".
