  1. thanks for the input. got a question regarding ssd.. i do have a small computer shop and most of the pc are experiencing 100% disk usage... would it be a good idea to put an ssd on those pc? cause i'm thinking if i put ssd on those pc, the ssd might not last long then die.
  2. i only play dota 2 or pubg lite with a google chrome opened...that's also one of my speculations that the ram is not enough...but will ssd help on this? or should just upgrade my ram to maybe 6 gb ( 2gb & 4gb stick with same freq )?
  3. i do have a system with specs i5 3rd gen 4gb ram 320gb hdd gtx 1050ti when playing games, i'm experiencing lag issues and when i look at task manager the disk usage is 100% whats the main cause of this problem? should i replace my hdd with high speed hdd or ssd? will it work? Thanks!
  4. its not correct. that's why i set it up during first boot..but the thing is the next time i open my pc it will ask again for the time and date.. the settings that i've made at first was not saved. so this issue will always happen every time i open my pc.
  5. Hi My motherboard is ecs h61h2-m2 v1.0 and whenever i turn on my pc it always ask me to set time and date so i set it up but the next time i boot up my pc it will ask me again to set the time. Then i thought its just CMOS battery problem but i replaced my motherboard with cmos battery 3 times already but still having the issue of setting the time and date..even if i save my settings on the bios as user profile it just doesn't work. Is their any way to fix this? Thanks!
  6. thanks all for your inputs. will update this thread whatever the result is.
  7. nope i didn't hear anything. it just boot up directly in few seconds. will definitely try to set the timings and voltage later during free time. hopefully it will work.
  8. i see..i got your point..will rewatch the video i saw later... because as far as i remember the difference is not that big but noticeable..it is tested on games though...it did improve fps.
  9. its a 16gb 3600mhz kit. and yes i think i put it on the correct slot. its on ddr4_1 and ddr4_2..see pic below for reference
  10. can you explain why would you take CL over Mhz? I saw a video about cast latency vs Mhz and the result was a win for Mhz. they tried a bunch of ram speed and CL and it turns out that its better to get high Mhz with low CL than high CL with low Mhz
  11. Thanks all for the reply! I did updated my BIOS to latest version and it didn't fix the issue still. so what i'm doing next is manually set the timings and voltage to reach atleast 3200mhz speed since that's the supported speed of my motherboard.
  12. Hi, i just bought a Tirdent Z Royal silver with 3600mhz speed and my motherboard is Aorus X470 Gaming Ultra. I set the xmp profile but i'm not sure if its running at rated speed. i tried opening command promt and run "wmic memorychip get speed" and only got 2133mhz. Please see attached image for my uefi settings. Do i need to manually overclock it? Please help. Thanks!
  13. Thanks mans! Good to know that it will work just fine. Also thanks for the suggestion!
  14. So i'm planning to get Thermaltake TT Floe Riing 360 Liquid AIO CPU Cooler and aorus ultra gaming x470 motherboard. The thing is the AIO has two cables on its pump/block. 1 usb 2.0 and the other one is a 3 pin for cpu fan header but the aorus ultra gaming x470 motherboard has 4 pin cpu fan header. Can i plug the 3 pin to the 4 cpu fan header? Thanks!
