    yea so basically i have these black bars around the right half of the video and not just on youtube but on every video that i play on my pc sometimes they are there and somtimes they arent. it happens on netflix youtube and video player in win 10 and yea my specs are below specs r7 1700 corsair vengeance 2x4 gb 2400 mhz rx580 gaming 8g patriot burst 120 toshiba p300 1tb
