I bought a cheap dell xps 8500 for $150 and bought a xfx rx 580 8gb for $140 but most my games are capped at 60fps TV Intel i7-3770@3.40ghz 12gb ram Rx 580 8gb Dell A14 bios Is this what i should be getting or am i getting bottlenecked somewhere, my guess is prob the motherboard or the tv
