  1. If it happens again I will connect it to another display and let you know. As for who refurbished the system, on the site page for the computer here (https://computers.woot.com/offers/hp-omen-17-w295ms-1tb128gb-gtx-1070-1074?ref=w_cnt_lnd_cat_pc_2_13) says it was either done by HP or a "certified partner"
  2. //I accidentally posted this on the wrong subforum initially so here is where it should be Product: HP Omen 17-w295ms GTX 1070Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)I just got the HP Omen laptop a week ago. I bought a refurbished model from Woot(Amazon). Today I noticed the screen transition into what I first thought to be a screensaver (as the screen sort of split into two in a way with green and purple tints). I realized after moving my mouse that it wasnt the case and it sort of just got stuck there. After restarting the computer, everything seemed to go back to normal. I read someone else had the issue here (https://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/comments/8suoy3/new_hp_omen_17w295ms_screen_glitching_crashing/) although he had some extra issues like the screen freezing. The freezing did not happen to me. Was wondering what could be the culprit here. I'm assuming a driver issue but im not too sure.Im on the latest Nvidia Graphics DriversI attached a picture.
