This looks like a very interesting case. I've been looking for something like this to build my own kind of hobbyist home server that can be both powerfull and still very small. This looks very good! I wonder about 1 thing: is it possible to mount a 240 or 280mm AIO water cooler in the GPU compartment if that is the only component in the 2nd compartment? Also a suggestion for maybe the next version: If the top of the 2nd compartment is also perforated and the air pocked thing is removable, then such large 280mm cooler could push air all the way through the case from top to bottom. I think this configuration could get you better cooling performance than many full towers.
