    Just curious, are you able to trigger crashes if you compile your project in windows? WSL2 kind of is cumbersome to deal with, I would love to come up with an simpler solution for troubleshooting sake (even though I dont even have any Intel CPUs).

    It doesnt. VGA is extremely susceptible to analog signal interference. Digital signals like from DP, HDMI and DVI will looks MUCH more crispy.

    Your phone probably over saturates images. Easiest way to get better colors is to replace your panel with a color graded/better panel.

    PBO will boost until it hits TDC, EDC, PPT or thermal limits. Usually first three are set high enough that you are almost always thermally limited. Memory training happens on every platform. Intel or AMD. It fills up the required timings that are not defined in XMP or default profiles. Ryzen is not optimized for gaming. X3D models work better because they have more cache. Zen3 tends to have 3600mhz as the acceptable level for DRAM frequency. It depends.

    Nah I am fine legally. I am not sure what the origins of this server are, I also have an EP2 server that I got my hands on 12-13 years ago.

    My car dashcam advertises 128Gs of maximum capacity. When I put in 256G card, it wouldnt format. These devices tend to record in sections of 60-120-180 seconds (if its like mine). In case of catastrophic accident, it uses its onboard battery to dump last few seconds of the footage or end the file properly so that it can be read.

    Trying to get the game server of an MMORPG that I used to play. Luckily it’s cpp and unluckily all of the tutorials are worthless. 
     

    Sigh, so do I take the time and effort to containerize this game. I technically can even run it as micro services (for some reason all of the necessary servers are separate). 
     

    Tutorial for this thing is for Centos 6 lol. Remember centos?

      I guess the real question should be then do you want to put effort into something that may be potentially surrounded by legal issues.

      Assuming I'm looking at the same game in which case I'm guessing your guide is coming from RZ and the source is EP1 (2009?) meanwhile the compiled release is EP4 (2015).

    Depending on the CPU and RAM they got, they might be able to make a decent home server to get started. I personally wouldnt get any Core2 CPU nowadays.

      after my first phone broke and i went thru hell with 2FA, i started scanning/saving the google authenticator on two phones, just in case

      I'm permanently locked out of my old yahoo account because my ipod touch that I used basically only for podcasts and 2fa took a shit. Just turned off, never turned back on. Yahoo won't do shit, because even if I have a recovery email, I still need 2fa to verify it's me. I am logged into multiple accounts that if I were ever to need to reset a password, I'm basically screwed. I'd just be locked out.

    I like lineageOS exists BUT there are drawbacks to using those. For example, my banking apps were still not liking that I am on LOS even with all the things they said that supposed to fix it. Netflix is another story because you will degrade or loose factory level widevine certification.

    I asked MR GPT to summarize your post. 1) Primary windows partition doesnt need to be bigger than you need it to. Its fine. 2) Sleep doesnt. Hibernation is problem, dont use that. 3) TRIM should be pre-enabled if you installed it on an SSD ever Since W7 SP1. Later versions automatically enable it (W8 and later) even if you clone it later on. 4) Check services.msc for windows search and see if its working. If so, check indexing options. 5) Dont fuck with pagefile. Leave it on. 6) You can extract straight into the directory. Reads are safe. 7)Anything below 60C should be fine for sata SSDs. Same goes for HDDs. 8)If you are not using it, might as well uninstall it. 9) I always keep my firmware up to date. I recommend anyone to do the same.
