B) 5700X/5800X/5700X3D/5800X3D are all good options for you (as long as your motherboard supports them and you can cool them)

Pretty sure your issue is with one client and has nothing to do woth your server. SMB server works quite painlessly from my own experience.

I also had this problem numerious times, I have had to clear my credentials in credential manager.

If you want to leave performance on the table yes. 5800X will benefit from whatever you throw at it.

UEFI installs without CSM right? This happens to me if I am not fully UEFI.

Just clone the entire disk that holds partition E into SSD you planned on using. Letter assigned to the partition can be changed in less than 30 seconds.

I am not sure about 8th gen or later part. There should be TPM2 module you can buy as long as your motherboard has an header for it. 

Get a better CPU cooler. You are spending $120 on just 4 bling fans. Yet spending just about half of that for an ARGB 360 AIO?
 

This is an over the top gaming pc. Are you sure this is what you need? 

Try without your CPU cooler on and see if it works.

My PSU was super hard to fully insert modular cables on the PSU side, I actually caught my error later on. Could be the same thing.

What? Tell your parents that your room is too cold then. None of this makes any sense. If you want demanding games, take a look at the AAA games released in the last 4-5 years. Any game with RTRT is demanding enough for current GPUs. As far as CPU goes, as long as you are pushing high frames it will get used enough.

If you want to " performance test" then use 3dmark. Otherwise your data will not be compareable to anyone elses.

You need 3.5mm input/output seperator. Your headset has a combo jack.

Your computer is posting fine. Your issue is probably that you are not getting any display output.

Looks fine, you might have benefited from a nvme but i wouldnt lose any sleep over that. Dont build this thing on top a carpet.

Can’t make sense out of whatever this is. If your phone is not recognized by your PC and another using different cables, then only constant there is your phone and problem is most likely with it.

You are RAM limited. You can do all of those but I have doubts about doing them all at once.

Forwarding your RDP/SMB ports to internet is asking for people to have fun. 
 

I solely use RDP for windows and VNC for everything else. I run these behind a VPN though. 

Hard disks are persistent data storage devices. So it will be there. Partition letter assignment is a Windows thing, it will simply use whatever letters are empty.

A piece of rock that I purchased as an prebuilt with an i9 takes the cake.
