  1. Hello, I have two ASUS Athlon board: A7A266 with this CPU: A7N8X-E with this one: But i don't know if the second CPU is working as the A7N8X-E has a inflated capacitor as you can see here. I try to put it in the first mobo, but it didn't work. If you have somewhere to order a new one let me know.
  2. I might have some DDR3 stick if you need some
  3. So, yesterday I was building myself a little NAS using old computer parts and I had an idea. What if you try to build a silent computer using old PC fan and you do a contest with two team playing against each other and the quietest PC won. I hope this won't be lost in this forum and you could actually make a video out of it.
  4. I just grab this from my work (from a machine that was to old to be keeped). This is a lenovo thinkstation S20 motherboard. It has a 2 core Xeon in it which i rapidly replace with a Xeon X5690 6core to make myself a NAS. I forget to pick the Thermal sensor so i grab an other one and it worked perfectly.
  5. We trow so much stuff (a working 1366 Lenovo Thinkstation running a 2 core Xeon) and so much stuff that i can't keep because of space and legal issue
  6. I have an unopened 80GB MAXTOR IDE HDD... It's from one of my colleague, he say to me : you take it or i trow it. Might be 100% usefull but who knows.
  7. Using dongle on laptop is dumb. The more you have the more you can do. Hello Dell, Apple and others.
  8. And i ooop ! A poor intel celeron that i bring from work. Might try to repair with my soldering iron don't know if i will be able to do it. [EDIT] I give up.
  9. Hello! It's that time again where you see a young noob that want to build a Hackintosh or install a VM with MacOS on it but doesn't have whatsoever a physical accès to a Mac. I search on many websites but I don't end up finding something that I want and because my internet is slow and install files are around 6GB I was wondering if someone would like to send me the install file that I need in order do discover MacOS and do things with it so that I can help people that I know fixing things on their Mac and also have fun and a hard time making it work on probably my laptop the best that I could. Thanks a lot.
  10. An old camera, an old phone (not a mobile) and some blinkers that my dad build me as lights. I also have a beacon that i shouldn't have.
  11. I just open a box with tech stuff that was under my bed and i found this
  12. Wow what a big collection lol I hope you did that in a well ventilated room and not in a closed bedroom like i did when i solder things
  13. Here she is ! a little P5Q-E and some DDR2 RAM sticks that probably don't work.
  14. I sometimes go under 1Mbps ... in 4G lol... we don't have the same problems but i think you should ask your ISP for support if you are sure that you don't have problems on your side.
