Cause they are available used for less money. And a used RX 580 is still an RX 580.

If you're concerned about getting a mining card, here's some info:
Mining cards aren't inherently bad. I have bought and sold mining cards, and still use some without issue. They're just card that are being used They may be under constant load, but that means they're not under the stress of being loaded and unloaded all the time. Which is good The real concern is if they're not properly cooled (or god forbid OCed and not cooled) in the mining setup. That can degrade them But, on the other hand, many mining cards are well cooled and undervolted, which is great for longevity
So do your research and investigation and you can get a good deal

Or just buy new, and get whatever is cheapest. Almost every cooler is sufficient, they're pretty efficient chips

32GB if you want more future proofing and you're actually doing work/editing that needs a lot of ram.

More is always more better ?? unless you need more faster. Lol

Just get 16GB of the fastest speed you can afford... If you were doing work that required 32GB or RAM, you'd have your answer already.

    Trying to help simplify this:

If you already have 16GB of RAM and need more for editing (and can tell you're maxing the 16GB) then go for more.
If you are more concerned about gaming as a 1st priority, get your ram speed above 2800 as your AMD CPU is memory hungry and will take what you can give it for memory frequency (like up to DDR4-3200 as stated above, AMD typically doesn't pull much higher even if the mem kit is rated for more).

oof, did you say you downloaded a driver manager program?
those things are known to basically be adware and also install the wrong drivers.

since this is a new PC, just re-install Windows first.
then go to Gigabyte's website and download all the drivers except for the VGA/GPU ones as you'll be using the RX560.

after that, go to AMD's website and download the RX560's drivers.

Windows does usually install the proper drivers, but this doesn't always happen, and even if it did the first time, sometimes its known to update you to the wrong ones.

B450 mobos aren't the best for overclocking but if you're running everything at stock, it won't be a problem.
And if running everything stock 600W should be enough.

I'd upgrade to a 2700, and also upgrade to a RTX 2080 later.

Be4 you do something that drastic, try aiming a fan at the VRM-s to cool them off.

is this a clean install of windows? I only mention that because I've had issues where an old install of windows would cause crashes on the t board. I don't have the 2700X but I do have the same ITX board with a 2600, never had any problems with the clean install.
