  1. Hi There, So recently I have been having this weird random issue with my pc. If I was to be using it heavily (eg. gaming or doing video editing) the pc would crash after around 20 minutes. The pc would freeze for a few minutes (although I am still able to hear audio and move the mouse) then go to the blue screen of death. However, upon restart, it will just sit at the BIOS splash screen with the post code A2. The only way I am able to get past this is to unplug every USB device connected and restart the pc. This time the problem is a lot worse. I will boot up windows and if I do anything like open up file explorer or chrome, it will do the exact problem as mentioned above. I have also installed Linux just to see if this is an issue with windows, but Linux will complete lock up then after a few minutes continue to work again. This looks like a motherboard/CPU error however I am not too sure with that. What would you recommend to do to fix this error ? Specs: Motherboard: ROG Crosshair VI Extreme CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X GPU: Gigabyte RTX 2060 Super PSU: Corsair RM 650X RAM: 2x Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR4 SSD: Crucial MX500 250GB OS: Windows 10 (October 2020 update) and Linux KDE Neon
  2. I am thinking of replacing the battery in my S8 (not +) as the time of use is really low. I want to know if I can put any bigger than a 3,000 mAh battery inside of the phone. If so could you recommend me any? Thanks
  3. Thanks for the reply, i will look into the DS418Play as it is not as expensive as the DS418 on the website i am looking at.
  4. Hi there, i am thinking of buying a synology NAS for my home network. I am unable to decide whether to buy the DS418 or DS218+. The main uses that i will use this for are: Backup from other PC's on the network, Stream 4k or 1080p videos on multiple device, Acting as cloud storage for me and my friends for school. Also, is 2GB of RAM enough for a 10TB RAID array ?
  5. Thanks for your answers i will go and buy a IBM M5015 LSI 9260-8i with battery on eBay since i can get it for £35 but from china. Is it possible to make one drive that is connected to the RAID card but put it in a RAID by its self to use in windows?
  6. I will only have some drives in RAID 1 or 0 for performance and maybe some not in RAID, but what is the performance like on the LSI 9260-8i, which i can find some cheap on ebay.
  7. Im wanting to set up a large array on the RAID card in which i can access in both windows and Linux. If that card would work, could i use these for the drives since i have already 7 SATA plugs on my PSU: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07NNPKQLK/?coliid=IROJ9PQVU9DCO&colid=1ZZN26VG8N8VO&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it
  8. Hi there, so some one near me is selling a MegaRAID SAS 9240-8i RAID card and i wanted to know if this card would work with my msi z270 gAming m5 motherboard in UEFI mode with windows 10, as i have a few broken sata ports that i really need?
