  6. Hello. I have just built a pc with a friend and now we are having problems. Basically the pc posted correctly, we are able to go to the bios. We changed the boot priority to the usb drive that we created using the usb installer ( https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10 ) when we inserted it and turned on the pc. It started loading form the pen (the icon from windows appeared), it turned 1 time and then this: code 0xc000021a. I do not not know what to do, please help! this is the build. 10. About the rx 580, isn’t it better going for the 1650super? Just because the 1650s is newer, and therefore would be supported by nvidea for longer.
  11. wait, really the cpu is the same?! I had no idea, But isnt the 2200g clocked higher? Well I searched for a store that sold it but ryzen 1000 is not sold here anymore. Only 2000 and 3000.
  12. I understand however I would prefer to keep the 1650s and the 2200g even if that meant sacrificing the ability to upgrade. What is the cheapest mobo you would reccomend?
  13. I was trying do a build in his pricepoint, with well known brands which are known for reliability.
  14. you know that I was trying to keep it under 1000$. and that I added something the other build did not have, a decent cooler. the ram is not worse, intel unlike amd cpus do not benefit that much from high speed ram. the cpu, gpu, storage and psu, are worse, I agree, however it was the best you can do for under 1000$. The ssd provides good boot speeds, the cpu is good (the best you could do), the psu does the job (amd it is reliable) and for what he is planning on using the pc, a 1660ti is enough. the other build did not even have a decent cooler!
  15. You must know, you a re sacrificing a lot of performance by going with intel. at this price point amd is the way to go. For about the same price you get 8 cores instead of 6 and 16 threads instead of 6. If I were you I would really consider this: PCPartPicker Part List Type Item Price CPU AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor $324.99 @ Amazon Motherboard ASRock B450M Steel Legend Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard $87.99 @ Amazon Memory G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory $69.99 @ Newegg Storage Kingston A2000 250 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive $49.95 @ B&H Storage Seagate Barracuda 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive $32.99 @ Amazon Video Card MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6 GB VENTUS XS OC Video Card $274.99 @ B&H Case Cooler Master MasterBox MB511 RGB ATX Mid Tower Case $84.15 @ Amazon Power Supply Corsair CXM 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply $53.98 @ Newegg Prices include shipping, taxes, rebates, and discounts Total (before mail-in rebates) $999.03 Mail-in rebates -$20.00 Total $979.03 Generated by PCPartPicker 2020-01-19 15:33 EST-0500 The mobo may need a bios update, if you go with this you must check that it is ryzen 3000 ready. 16. I do not know about that ram and storage, i would build this: You forgot the cooler I would recomend this build if you want to go intel for 1050$ I'd get a i7 9700 PCPartPicker Part List Type Item Price CPU Intel Core i5-9600K 3.7 GHz 6-Core Processor $219.99 @ Newegg CPU Cooler be quiet! 17. I honestly see no point in upgrading now, however the rtx 2060 (despite being very good) is probably the part I would upgrade if I had money to burn. You should wait though. And as Fasauceome said, only upgrade if performance doesn't meet your standards!
  18. the case is in the bottom it does not exist in pcpartpicker. I do not mind sacrificing the 1x8, it will be upgraded to dual chanel later. what is wrong with the mobo?
  19. that is a bit of a downgrade... it's the same price with worse parts... worse cpu and gpu.
