That 3570K can still last a while, the 8Gb of ram and 1050Ti could be a problem though. Lower the settings since the 1050Ti can only run recent AAA games (2018 or newer) at medium settings. Maybe find a used 1060 6GB, and find a well reviewed 2X8 16GB DDR3 ram kit.

IPS has better colors and viewing angles (colors stay the same if viewed from an oblique angle), TN panels are the opposite however cheaper, VA/SVA panels are a good in-between (SVA is better than VA). IPS is best for purely watching movies/video, VA and TN are better for gaming

I also use the Wraith Stealth and, yes it is very quiet (i can barely hear it over my 19Db case fan) and is perfectly viable if you don't plan on overclocking.

Yes it is being bottlenecked. Get an R5 1600AF with a B450 board for around 170$, if you're on a smaller budget, go for a used 6th gen i7 and keep your mobo

3900X. According to PassMark the 3900x has better single core and (obviously) better multicore performance. To my knowledge there aren't any major bios issues (correct me if i'm wrong) and the CPU should infact be more secure than the 9900K. According to the comparison you linked, the 3900X scored top in 2/3 of the benchmarks, only beat once by 0.06% from an AMD CPU.

This cooler design has huge potential and I'd love to see it maybe even passively cool 95W CPUs (within a reasonably small size) in the near future. It amazes me that this is equivalent if not better than watercooling and CHEAPER than a 280MM or bigger AIO with the MSRP being 120 USD and most (good quality) 280MM+ AIOs are over 140 USD. Also take into account no pump required and thus better reliability.

This CPU is an absolute joke. In 98% of real world and synthetic benchmarks a 3950X and sometimes even a 3900X is level with or beats it. Why use Cinebench and Blender in this video to benchmark the "Worlds fastest gaming CPU" according to Intel?! Although I get the niche of this CPU when it comes to silicon lottery, but if you're building a new bleeding edge system and want to save money why not go AMD? And you'll for sure save in the cooling department as well.

It depends If you're using an AMD Ryzen CPU, 2933/3000MHz (or faster) ram is recommended If you're using an Intel CPU, ram speed doesn't really matter as much. Although it would be a sort of downgrade, in the real world it'll only increase fps by maybe 5, personally i would rather have 12 or 16GB of DDR3 than 8GB DDR4

You should definitely increase your budget a bit if you want an okay-good quality PSU. The Be Quiet! System Power 9 500W 80+ Bronze PSU seems like a good pick for the pricing. it is a Tier B on the PSU Tier list. Or you could go with the Be Quiet! Pure Power 11 400W 80+ Gold PSU if you don't plan on overclocking and should power a 1660 and a 2600 well, each are around €55 in pricing.

i would say to avoid both monitors and go for this one it has a VA panel which means that it has better color accuracy and better colors at oblique angles (looking from the side) TN panels have worse color accuracy however are faster, but this monitor is within budget and is best of both worlds.

Turns out it was an HD 6630M (apple website was wrong?) according to this userbenchmark of the machine 6630M drivers have been installed, no issues so far, will update if there are any more.

We have tried 6730M, 6770M and even 6750 (non M) drivers, even tried crimson beta. none worked and gave the same error "We are unable to find a driver for your system. No supported AMD hardware was detected."

I cannot find any 6750M drivers anywhere on amd's website, they have 6730m, 6770m, but not 6750m. (for windows 10 64 bit)

Windows update installed Intel drivers instead of AMD, but theres nothing he can do on the OS or internally
