Hey Linus community! As I move forward to completely switching over to Arch, I do not want to loose any of my gaming capabilities. After doing some research I have found that my system is capable of a KVM pass-through (3-5% performance loss), however, I would need another GPU to do this. I am looking at the GT 720 for the Linux host and my R9 280 for the Windows host. After looking at the power for the 720 it is around 19-25W. Do you think my current system can support that card as well? I know the PSU is not the greatest, but it has served me very well. Tried removing the CMOS battery. Nothing worked. Tried using one stick of ram and it only had 92mb reserved -.- Also I noticed this issue a few weeks ago. So its a bit to late for a restore, I thought it would go away on its own. Wow very helpful man! Thanks for the insight LMAO! 64 bit, I am sure.

After upgrading to windows 10, I realized that I do not have my full 8GB of memory at use as you can see below: Steps I have taken: After researching my motherboard I realized that I had my ram in slots 1&2, however, they needed to go into 1&3 or 2&4 so I tried both. I am on the edge right now--I really want to get one, but which one is the question? I love my PC and always will but some games like COD/Halo/GOW, you can't get on PC. The reason why I am stuck right now is because of the windows 10 integration. It seems promising, and I know that I will only beable to afford one. Any tips guys? I am back in my dorm and will be using a 21" ( 1080p ) for the time.

Get this and a standalone mic. I have so many "gaming headsets" break. Tired of it. I have an older Snowball iCE and it works fine for what I do. From my understanding the HD518's are amazing for gaming and music.

Dear Community! God I swear I come here all the time for questions, Alright so my Plantronics 780s broke ( mic stopped working ), and I do not feel like paying 45$ for a repair. They have broken twice on me. Anyways, I have the Blue Snowball iCE, and I was looking at getting HD518s as I can get them for around 54$ at the moment on newegg. I have noticed that the iCE picks up a lot of extra sounds ( like my pok3r browns ) ( note my mic is right next to my keyboard, so would it be better for me to just get a boom stand?) . So my question is should I just get a "gaming headset" or should I go with the HD518 and another mic?

What type of plastic would someone want to use for printing something like that?

Alright time to chime in here. Haven't read most of the posts, however, I am first going to say that I am all for abortion. I frequently donate and volunteer at Planned Parenthood as a clinic escort. Why do I think abortions should be legal? Its a women's right to do what she wants with her own body as well as to a SAFE abortion. Back when abortions where illegal people where still doing it, however, it was completely dangerous-with hangers where could leave horrible damage to women. Moving on to one of the arguments I see here: "...if you don't want kids don't have sex..". What is that madness? Sex is not only for reproduction, yes it is the main purpose, however, in today's society people do it for love, and for fun. If you have sex where something goes wrong, and if both of you, or even just the woman, is not ready for the baby, why should she be forced to have it? It is her body, her right to do what she wants with it. Period. Then there is the "give it up for adoption". Do you really expect a women, who doesn't want the baby, to have to go through the next few month process? Where the women might not be able to continue with her job? There is enough inequalities for women in society to hold a job, this shouldn't add to it. Also adoption, we HAVE ENOUGH children in there! Overall, if a women doesn't want to have a child, IT IS HER BODY, HER RIGHT, YOU CAN'T TELL HER WHAT TO DO WITH HER BODY. If you can not tell I fight for women's reproductive rights, work rights, and rights just in general. EDIT: Also the depiction in the movie Juno is not how they do it. When you walk into a clinic that does abortions, you are given information on adoption and birth. You are then counseled on these options, and given sometime to think. Then they take you back and give you ONE pill for there and one for home. You take that, then you go home. If you want to continue with it you take the last pill. Just know that Juno was backed by pro-life supporters to make abortions seem like a truly horrid experience.

Yeah but it doesn't, also I am talking about heat. AMD produces lots of heat. Eh, I see I see. Looking at your profile you attend a university as-well. How do you deal with heat in the dorm? ( out of curiosity ). So fan would be the cheapest route I could go! Haha, I was just thinking about an Intel I5 due to MMOs, and it has a lower power consumption and the TDP is around 88 or so while the FX-8320 has a TDP of 125ish or so.

Interesting, also how does water-cooling fair to the ambient room temperature? ( Never water-cooled before, might just pick up an H100i or something ) Yeah but it is the same thing. I mean I can OC mine to about 4.6, no reason for me to upgrade to the same chip.
