I would take each part out wrap it in bubble wrap and place inside the case with peanuts, then place into a wood crate. If you do not use a wood crate the shipping company will stack packages on-top of yours.

To me it sounds like a driver issue.
Many drivers under Windows are loaded at the kernel level, deep down... so if they have a memory leak, it takes the system with it (system will consume a lot of memory increasingly, until you are out), if they have a bug that cost performance, then the entire system will go down with it, as you noticed. And Task Manager might not show what consumes 100% of the CPU as a result. If you are lucky, you'll see "System" (which is the kernel of Windows) process consume a lot of something.
 
The problem, is that it is difficult to know what driver is the culprit. But considering that the cursor is CPU drawn, it can indicate:
Mouse and/or Keyboard software/driver Chipset drivers

I slightly understand the 2x2 stuff, as is is just technically 2 10Gbps connections slapped together, instead of an evolution.

Hi, I have allergies of sorts, like post nasal drip, constant generation of muccus thats white, its really annoying. I suspect the air qualitiy on my flat is dogshit. I would like to be safe from possible mold spores and other stuff and reduce the load on my inmune system. My mom has the same problem and it started when she moved there.
 
I would like an air purifier that is also capable of reading the air quality. Some claim to do this. I have no idea how the sensor works in order to know the quality of air tho. I guess HEPA filter is a must and filters must not be annoying to find and not too expensive otherwise its dumb.

Im also not into smart bullshit that forces you to have your wifi enabled in order to operate the device. Why the hell they don't make classic remote controllers anymore?

that is the problem, its a 3 x 3 meter room, with no fucking sunlight, welcome to being poor

i already an air conditioner, however it's old as fuck, i doubt those filters are hepa, also air conditioners aren't really designed to clean existing room in the air, they push air from the outside inside the house, and the filters arent as good

3.0 is too fast for some people!

Because I want to led sync everything and there aren't other companies like TT that they have soft for sync and products I need (fans, water blocks, keyboards, mices and can be synced in one software). If I take products from multiple compaines I'll have to use Mystic Light which is shit as I said above..

why not use the best products from multiple companies? No company has only good products

This is pure insanity. We are treating youtube like a pet dog—training it to understand what we like and trying to influence what turns up on our suggested. Why should we be doing all this work just to be unsatisfied in what we are being recommend. Youtube giving us more trashy and dull content just to shove an ad every few minutes and make more money. Sorry for the rant,  but I feel like this is stupid.
