I saw this, but the two creators I mentioned weren't necessarily covering the same kinds of subjects, even though they are in the consumer electronics space. Mostly curious about any creator(s), rather than just alternatives for product data. 

Another example for me is Wendigoon.

Like many of you, I've found myself bummed by the lack of LTT content in my subscription feed. The upside to this though, Is that I've found some other content creators that I've started following. Specifically Luke Miani and Dosdude1. Would like to hear about some other channels that you all have dived into to "fill the void." Maybe this can be a positive subject amidst the gloom from the lack of LTT Content. 

Definitely not, it will however most likely come back once the investigation is over.

I doubt it, but man I miss LTT videos now.
After the baby goes to bed, WAN show and gaming was what I looked forward to on Fridays. Doesn't feel the same without WAN. 

Put yourself in their shoes. Think of everything that could actually go wrong if they made any sort of statement, tweet, post, whatever. Whatever they say at this point is going to never be enough for a very vocal part of the community (=haters).
You know what they are doing. They've said what's going on behind the scenes when they decided to halt for a bit. So sit down and find something else to complain about.
This is beginning to sound like drama queens running out of drama.

Reading announcements made, it was only stated that production would start, not exactly that any videos would be posted. Saturday and Sunday are prime-time days for any release, so those are days to be watched for main channel content.
 
Personally I think they shouldn't do WAN Show. And if they do, it shouldn't be in regular format, but more of panel discussion between CEO, Linus and Gary (maybe someone else too). No sponsor spots, no merch messages answered. But rather addressing core questions and worries raised by community. Even better would be to use external host, but I don't think they have that luxury in Vancouver with other big-name Youtubers.

I feel like the longer LMG goes without posting new content could mean they are making more significant changes than they first anticipated. Hopefully we have a Wan Show this evening to restart things and bring us up to date. Today is what 10 days so we should be hearing something soon.

Basically, other than addressing the Madison allegations and reembursing Billet Labs for the auctioned waterblock, both of which seem to be going on as we speak, I don't see any reason to stop watching videos from LMG.
 
Yes, Linus has made mistakes. Yes, some may seem pretty bad. But are they really that bad? No! Linus Tech Tips, Short Circuit and the rest are overall, great channels. Can they do better? Of course they can. But even if they still made the kinds of mistakes they have concerning graphs, numbers and not noticing where there is and isn't plastic tape on products, I can't say they're a terrible tech review company that needs to be burned down to the ground and rebuilt from scratch.
 
I understand Steve's, from Gamer's Nexus, point of view. But he's also not perfect. He presented facts along with a lot of his own opinions and feelings (not drama??) and then uses that to accuse Linus and LMG of motives, abilities and morals that simply are Steve's opinions and feelings, some of which seem to be in conspiracy theory territory.
 
Steve also left out a lot of good things about Linus and LMG. A lot of people are only seeing the imperfections, errors and few cases of apparent wrong doing; wrong doing, not by Linus or LMG as a whole, but by some unknown LMG employees that are probably in very hot water right now and may have even lost their jobs over this. But what about all the good things they've done, a lot of which we haven't seen. For an example, Steve points out that some of LMG's videos could have been corrected and re-uploaded and insinuates that LMG never corrects anything. How do we know how many times they have or haven't corrected videos or other misinformation in the past?
 
I'm glad Linus and LMG are on top of the situation and are trying hard to make things better. I look forward to their videos once again.

Its unlikely they will address this thing in a while. For one, things like inside investigations and change in procedure take more time than one week. For two, they already addressed the drama and it caused more drama. So its more likely that videos coming up for the next couple of weeks are just backlog that were in some part of production or done before this happened.

Unpopular opinion and I know this will rub others the wrong way but I'd be happy if they took a second week off and really honed things to make sure they have their ducks in a row. Granted a loss of LMG content for a bit isn't a good thing but they need the time to focus on fixing things the right way. Just my opinion.

Anyone else curious how many people will be watching WAN show on Friday? I would think 30k+ at least but who knows. I guess some people do have lives and it is a Friday night. But I would think a bunch of people are going to want to see how Linus handles this. What do you guys think?
