It is late and ive been slammed with work but im desperate for answers and figured id post this before I went to bed and troubleshoot more later. On the 11th i started noticing an issue where as i move my cursor around, play games, drag windows, or really do anything there will be a short stutter at a consistent 1 or 2 second interval. Ive changed nvidia control panel settings to be less performance based and it seemed fixed. Then it came back, so i uninstalled programs and it was gone so i thought that had done it considering razer software has done me wrong before. Then it came back. Ive clocked the cpu down, messed with power and everything makes me think its done something but it just comes and goes as it pleases. Im hopeful its not the card and a background process or something, tomorrow i will try to re-seat the gpu and fully wipe my drivers to see if that yields anything.
