The screen keep flickering like crazy and i'm unable to access any on screen app nor the taskbar, i can only manage to open task manager with ctrl+alt+delete shortcut, and in details there are bunch of svchost.exe pop like crazy. I tried to go into safe boot but the same problem appear in safeboot as well and. Please help, i have a lot of stuff that relate to my assignent in that drive so i can't just reinstall windows.

I use Voicemeeter to do what you intend to do but it has some drawbacks and can be finicky to setup.

I don't have OBS here (I'm at work) but I think you can choose to record the individual audio sources separately, each source as an audio track, besides the final (mixed) track that would be streamed.
This would be a good "backup" / "just in case" thing ... where you would then be able to go in the editing process and cut some sections and replace those sections with segments from those separate tracks (basically mix those tracks yourself)
Now that the audio sources are all mixed together by OBS in a single stereo track, there's not much you can do besides using some filters to treat that youtube stuff as background noise of some sort. I assume the youtube clips are mixed with sound from games , maybe with your voice, so it's not easy, the audio tracks are not saved separately inside the video file..

Watch hardware unboxed, they have a lots of monitor review videos, but tldr don't buy hdr capable monitor if the peak brightness is <400.

    Interesting, didnt know that.

On that note, i have a Strix 2060 and can up the power limit using asus gpu tweak (i think to like 120% or so, not sure havent tinkered with it in a while). I do remember when doing that that hw monitor indicated max wattage  went up by 20-50w depending on load type. Never kept it in use though as even though it would boost just 50mhz higher it wouldnt sustain it due to temps and thus falling back to 1900 and thus figured i was better of at 2050mhz sustained.

But now i wonder if my observations where just coincidence after your statement?

Aside from it being possible to reflash, and regardless of turing allows it at all or not, ask yourself the question if running the vrm on the custom design beyond its design limits is a good idea, especially considering that the cooling solution was not designed to cope with the additional heat.

Combinarion of these two dont bode well for any noticeable gain vs the extra consumption / noise it woukd bring, aside of the risk of possibly bricking the card if it doesnt pan out well.

In short: id advise against it, and dont think your missing out on noticable performance gains.

It's not a new Nvidia GPU, as it uses the same die as an RTX 2060/2070. Interestingly the RTX 2060 KO cards do have DVI connectors.
To me it looks like a 2060 (which wasn't as relevant anymore because 2060 Super), but with a bit higher clock, for a lower price.
But I'll wait for reviews to drop before making a final verdict.

Definitely get a better PSU above everything else. No point buying a nice graphics card if your PSU (known for not being good and that being reflected by its specs) is likely to die and take your GPU and possibly other things with it.

It's scary how much people underrate the purchase of a good quality PSU when it's the very thing that powers your whole system and your whole system is dependent on.

Sort out your PSU and then you can better judge from the money you have left over what the best strategy is moving forward.

Yeah, I agree the CPU is probably really ok for this build,  I was just going with it because others said it would bottleneck - but I think too that's not necessarily the case. PSU should be #1 priority.

Listen to everyone who says get a better psu and cpu first,  you may not even need a new gpu then immediately...

Especially if you don't have much money cheaping out on psu is the worst you can do.

Rich people may could do that for the lulz,  but then again why should they..

Never cheap out on psu and do your research before buying pc components.

If you figure out it's trash afterwards it only costs you more lol, so.

Don't even worry about the CPU, since the 3200g is perfectly fine for anything but very high framerate gaming. (which is obviously not the target of this budget build)
This is very important. If you get a poor quality PSU, you may need to replace your entire system in a month instead of waiting a couple weeks for the next paycheck and having enough money for the good PSU. At least the motherboard chosen should have enough protection built in to reduce the risk of damage to the CPU and RAM.

There are very few components in a PC that you can't cheap out on safely, and the PSU is #1 on that list.

Did you monitor the bottleneck with Witcher 3? Maybe it's wise to go with Ryzen 5 2600 (quite cheap actually) first, then buying a good power supply and then, a few month later, the 5700XT which will likely drop in price anyways?

Underpowered, or poor quality power can do that. It also can damage all of the components of your system.

Technically, for strictly gaming build, 450W are enough for almost anything you can get. But even then not all 450-550W PSUs are equal, that PSU you've bought are one of the worst, it's simply dangerous for any modern build. Smth like Corsair CX would be way more appropriate. It's not only about wattage, evaluating a PSU quality is very complicated matter. See this thread for some advice :

Yeh for a 1080 a 5700(xt) is a different card and that PSU you got there is real dangerous... no shit my boiii

And I understand your thinking, but the limit is the CPU in your config. A 480 is ok for 1080p. Get a better PUS first, then a CPU, then a GPU.

At least get a refund on the PSU and get a better one. Seriously bro... then you might be ok with a 5700 but thats overkill for the CPU you got
