Captor

So I have been getting random black screens lasts between 1 and 2 seconds, not disconnecting but losing signal i think. I started by ruling out the dp cable by switching with my roommate. Problem repeated and he had no issues. Then i used ddu in safe mode and did a clean install of the drivers, also re seated the vcard and ram. Black screen continues. My monitor is msi ag32c 1080 and my roommates is pg27uq 4k. We have swapped to see if we can make it fail on either system. So far ive been running in 4k with hdr and gsync just punishing my 1070 to try and make it flash black to no avail, we are on day 3. He has also been punishing my monitor to no avail. So im not sure what to do, any help or tips would be greatly appreciated Win 7 on hard drive first, retail hardware,under 6 months old. minus the ssd and hdd about 2 years old win 10 installed 3 months ago 9600k stock gtx 1070 evga sc msi z390-a 600w cosair builder Desktop
