    I have just put the Xonar in the new build and it does sound so much better than the integrated soundcard.. I think i might just keep it for now.

    Thanks Princess Cadence. What about all the dolby digital stuff available in the Xonar, i am missing out on anything there?

    Hi all I'm new to this forum - hello and thanks in advance! ? I recently built a new PC based around the Z390 Aorus Master which comes with ALC1220 & High-End ESS SABRE 9118 DAC. In my old PC sat an ASUS Xonar D2X PCIe card and i was wondering if should be using that instead of the integrated sound. I will be using either my Beyerdynamic MMX 300 or Logitech Z906 Stereo Speakers so really want to get the best audio in games/music I know next to nothing about audio and couldn't get conclusive answers via Google Hope you can advise Thanks all!
