  1. yes the cpu spikes does cause massive stuttering on screen. And yes the i7 9700k is overclocked to 4.9Ghz but the temps are less than or equal to 80 since it's watercooled
  2. They last about 0.3 Seconds and there is only 1 resource intensive task running and that's the game I'm testing
  3. I've been having these CPU spikes for a month now and I've been looking for every possible way on fixing it. My specs: CPU: Intel Core i7 9700K (Watercooled with NZXT Kraken x62) RAM: HyperX Fury DDR4 8x2 GBGPU: ROG STRIX GEFORCE RTX 2080 OC EditionMotherboard: Asus Maximus XI Hero (Wi-Fi)Display: Acer Predator XB271HU 27" 1440p 144Hz G-Sync stutters come in CPU spikes and are not affected by graphics quality. Please anyone need help
