  1. Hi guys and girls, My friend is looking for a gaming laptop under 750€ (he is in France). He currently does not have a laptop. He wants to play e-sports games at 60Hz and 1080p minimum. I don't really know what to look for or to look at regarding laptops. I read that AMD will release a new chip for laptops, should he wait? Many thanks to all of you,
  2. Hi, My girlfriend is looking for a new laptop and I just found the laptop below on amazon. Is it worth it? Budget is around 500€. https://www.amazon.fr/dp/B07QDQYL3J/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_bw52Db6ZZZCD4 Thanks for the help,
  3. Do you know which laptop I should watch out for Black Friday/Cyber Monday?
  4. Hi guys and girls, My girlfriend is looking to buy a new laptop as hers is dying (bad screen, battery expanding...). The budget would be between 500 and 600€ and she will use it to browse internet, send emails and some Word editing. A long lasting laptop would be a very good point. Thanks for the help.
  5. I changed for the RMx. I saw the promotion, but I already have RTX 2080 and I don't feel like buying a new GPU for a game. Thanks for the help!
  6. I will go with the SilverStone RL06. 7. Thanks @lee32uk, I updated the list but I get a warning regarding the size of the GPU in the Meshify C. Do you know if it is going to fit?
  8. Hi, I would like to build a new gaming and I am not sure if everything is good in my list. The objective is to play in 1440p @120-144Hz (already have the monitor and the GPU). The budget is around 1000€ (not taking into account the GPU). If the build could be silent, it would be a nice plus. I could also salvage a 5 years old PSU, a 80+ Bronze 700W Be Quiet Pure Power L8, from my current build (don't how long a PSU can last). https://pcpartpicker.com/list/XX2cf9 Thanks in advance for the help.
  9. Hi guys and girls, I am looking to buy a new monitor 1440p 144Hz to replace my 1080p 60Hz monitor and after some research, it came down to 3 choices: LG 27GL850-B Aorus AD27QD Asus ROG Swift PG279Q because the PG279QZ is not available in Europe Could you advice me which one to choose or not to choose? Thanks,
  10. Thanks for your help, I will go with the MSI - GeForce RTX 2080 GAMING X TRIO as I don't find a 1080ti at a reasonnable price.
  11. Do you have specific a model/brand of 1080ti and 2080 to recommend?
  12. Okay, good to know. Is the performance gain important between 1080ti and 2080?
  13. With a 1080ti, do you think I will be able to run AAA games at max settings 3 years from now on at 1440p and 120-144Hz?
  14. Currently, I have a i5 7600K but I am planning on building a new PC. It is just that I can use the GPU now while putting more money on the side for the rest.
