So??? Will this Gtx 750 Ti work in my pc It is not low profile

I think it can fit in there but i want to be sure that my motherboard and psu can work with gtx 750ti here is a photo of what is written on my psu

That card is gt 610 i removed that part of the case now and my pc case can fit (even though i leave it always open)

So i have an old sff pc and want to make it a little better for gaming Hp Compaq 8000 elite pro Its specs are: Motherboard: 3646h (XU1 Processor) Cpu: Core 2 Quad q9550 2.83ghz Psu: 240W I would like to upgrade to 750ti if possible I have already cut some parts of the case to make it able for gpu to fit in Can my pc use this gpu? pls dont tell me to save money for a new build (Pls move the topic if it’s not in the right place)
